CCD wireless cameras. CCD cameras are more expensive, larger (we are working on getting our company to make a smaller version available, until then we only recommend CCD cameras for O Scale/Lionel on up), a little more expensive, but a BETTER image quality in both normal and low light conditions. One variety has IR (infra red) so you can see in complete darkness, the other has the same Sony imaging sensor but has no IR lights. Cameras start at $64. We only have a limited number of of CCD cameras available. We may offer more in the future. We have been very happy with the CMOS cameras above and have decided we do not need to stock these CCD cameras at this time. We do have a few CCD cameras in stock that we will be selling. Check this area to see what ones are for sale. They are below retail cost we orderd them as samples and at the current time we will nto be carring them so we are selling them, they all are brand new and work great. |

We decided to sell these to help promote the model railroad hobby, they can be used with your computer, tv, or vcr. Imagine if thousands of people saw video from the engineers eyes and ears going through your detailed layout, well the technology is now here. (My son in law will provide limited tech support) We will also offer one free video edit of your digital video if you allow us to upload your layouts video to sites such as Youtube. We hope this will help expand the hobby to what it once was. Many young people (20's to 40's) are looking for long turn hobbies and model railroading can be that hobby. I will (as time permits) be uploading sample videos of our cameras. We also offer free tech support(6-9 M-Th pacific coast time) to people that buy the USB receiver, we want you to record digital video and will do our best to help. |
| We will also be making these available for wholesale to hobby shops. If you run a hobby shop and want to carry wireless cameras contact John Houlihan. We are willing to drop ship. |
